Dani, are you doing FS? One of my coach's other students is doing Bronze II. Or are you Silver now?
Hi Debbie! I am skating Silver II FS this time. I am totally not ready, but that isn't stopping me ;-) I am also in Bronze II compulsary moves (couldn't do the silver spin requirement) and pre-silver dance. And I am on Trick or Treat!! ;-)

See you all there!

Need a team member

Need a Bronze or Pre-Bronze skater to fill out our team!!

Help! I can't let my team mates down, but getting to Iceworks on Friday is just not in the cards for me. (I WILL be there on Saturday! )

If you are interested please email me. My element is the waltz jump/toe loop.

Thanks!

Go Dani! Just tell yourself you're there for the experience - my coach insisted I keep reminding myself of that when I competed Bronze at Wilmington.

Philly - No, unfortunately Dave and the Pink Ladies have sort of disbanded. Dave changed coaches last winter and the other pink lady had a knee injury last year that kept her off the ice for a while. She's now back and competing, but her program is new so she wanted to focus on that for this comp, as did another student of my coach's who could have been a third team member. So no entries from our group this time, but maybe next year....

mdvask8er, I'd love to help you out but I'm not going to be able to come to Ice Works on Friday, either. Looking forward to meeting you on Saturday. Are skating Bronze or Pre-Bronze?

Hi Debbie S. I'm Bronze 3, but will be skating up to Silver for the first time -- YIKES!! and like Dani, I am totally not ready, but why should that stop us?

Dani, are you planning to test up any time soon?

I was hoping too, then I fractured my shoulder last summer working on gold MIF. So, between time off for that and boot problems, I don't know if I will get the spins I need in time. We will see.

Hugs!
