Backwards rockers?

Does anyone have any tips? I can do the forward outside and inside rockers well, but the backwards ones are all kinds of awkward. Thanks!

big knee bend before & after, w/ a definite rise over the turn. I practice them in power pulls & have to really focus on not watching my feet in fascination! As you're sitting on the backward edge to set up the turn, turn your head so you're already looking forward again. But the biggest thing for me is to get the knee action deep enough.

Use a line on the ice the blue to the dots that line up down the axis of the ice. It is a huge knee bend deep edge into a 3 turn and out like a bracket. Make sure how you enter and how you exit are symetrical (SP!) start shallow and build to deep doing them slowly at first. I took a long time on my back ones but they are very easy once you just get the hang of them.
