My coach made me yesterday do forward power pulls and 5-step mohawk sequence with my hands down by my sides, relaxed. It freaked me out at first, and I told him I don't have a life insurance, to which he replied that health insurance should be sufficient
To the OP: you might find the MITF videos by PSA helpful, both at this level and with things like 3-turns, as well as moves above that.
