Video Clips on Edges?

Does anyone happen to have a video clip of edges (inside, outside). I'm struggling with the arms, how they match up with the legs, and how they should look.

This is something that always messes me up. I saw a woman practicing her edges and 3-turns with her arms crossed in front of her chest! I guess if you can do that, you are totally using your edges and hips.... I was in awe! Haven't tried it yet, though. I can only stand so much embarassement in one session.

My coach made me yesterday do forward power pulls and 5-step mohawk sequence with my hands down by my sides, relaxed. It freaked me out at first, and I told him I don't have a life insurance, to which he replied that health insurance should be sufficient

To the OP: you might find the MITF videos by PSA helpful, both at this level and with things like 3-turns, as well as moves above that. http://www.skatepsa.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=41_43
