Summer Elite Training School locations

I'd like to hear where elite skaters on the forum are training this summer. I've read posts about Oberstdorf and University of Delaware plus Lake Arrowhead.....but would like to know what else is out there.

Doesn't Frank Carroll do one out of LA? It has an adult week but is primarily for the children.

Alexei Mishin usually runs one in Jaca in Spain which is very popular with high-end free-skaters:

It's not clear from the website whether they are running it this year - you'd need to check.

Sun Valley, ID has great training all summer long - trained there as a child while skating competitively. They have a long adult weekend too in August.

Awesome! You named the Summer Fine Arts Festival! Fairbanks is where my family is from, and I know the lady that runs it. The skating section is relatively new, but if it is anything like the rest of the festival, the instructors will be top-notch.

For sure I'll be there IF I don't get the fancy-pants MBA internship from Boeing.

Yes, it's in El Segundo California. My DD takes lessons there.
