The Skating Club of NC is hosting a "Skate with Olympic Champions" event on January 20th at the Factory Ice House in Wake Forest. It's part of the club's National Skating Month celebration and also a fundraiser for the club. Kristi Yamaguchi, Paul Wylie, and Elena Betchke will be there.

I picked up a flyer when I had lunch with jwrnsktr at The Factory.

Didn't know what our plans were for the holiday weekend, but I think I'm going to register for this event.

The Triangle Sportsplex in Hillsborough, NC is having a "Natl Skating Day" the next day - January 21, 2008.
