Anyone have the book "Skate your personal best?"

I'm curious if anyone has ever read/used this book:

If so, did it help?

I have the book... but I haven't read all of it. I bought it b/c my primary coach is interviewed in the book under the "Adult Skaters" chapter.

I haven't read it, but I've heard from a few people who have read it that it's pretty informative.

To be filed in the "Useless Information" folder... That guy on the front cover is my ex-ice dance coach. His mommy has it proudly displayed in her house, lol. It's very cute.

Jazzpants... did I know that Jay was in that book too???
