Hm, I dont know... up from the shoot-the-duck position into an illusion into spiral... or Ina Bauer into Waltz Jump... or Chinese arabesque into half flip- toe loop combination.

One of my "trademark" moves is a forward spiral straight down into a teapot. Shoot the duck, whatever.... These day's it's a RBO spiral into a toe loop.

And I like spinning (badly) in both directions (one after the other, not both at once!).

Husband does forward spiral to back spiral without coming up in the middle to do the 3-turn (he didn't realise most people did, so taught it to himself that way!). He also enters his loop jump from a forward spiral.

As a couple we have a wonderful change-foot spin, which neither of us can do solo. "It isn't fast," said our coach yesterday, "but it is good!" High praise indeed, from him.

My favourite thing to do is my sit spin. I guess because it took so long to get but now it's my best spin and pretty reliable, plus I like the feeling of doing a really good, low and fast one!

Change of edge spiral. Multiple loops. Butterfly. Back Flip (though I've never tried that on ice ). I also love *our* (my ex dance partner and I) trademark 'Old Man's Death Spiral' Oh, and I nearly forgot the hydroblade, my ex dance partner was better at it than me but it was a good move.

I also loved throw jumps but didn't do much so couldn't exactly say that I was competent
