jump height...

i really need to get my jumps higher off the ice... any suggestions on how to do it?

Lots of knee bend to help you spring upwards. Also speed into the jump usually results in bigger and faster jumps.

Also, off-ice plyometrics can increase the explosive power you have in your jumps. I think Skate@Delaware does plyometrics fairly regularly and might have ideas for exercises (correct me if I'm wrong)....
