overrotating on flip but... underrotating on lutz

Any ideas on how to "fix" both of these?

I get lots of height and quite good ice coverage on both of these jumps, and flip is arguably my strongest. However, recently I started overrotating it.
And no matter how hard I try, I can't achieve full rotation on lutz... my coach says that my take off is great, with very strong outside edge. And it would be such a good jump if only I could rotate fully!

help help...

i had that problem... i could almost do a triple flip but couldnt get aroung my double lutz. thats becuase you are pressing the outside edge so much (and u need to) its difficult alot more than the flip because u almost have to work against your body.
