I recently saw an old pair of figure skates in a consignement shop that had Jesse Halpern Special blades. They are definitely not freestyle or dance blades, but might be for patch (figures). Jesse Halpern is a skate supply shop in Great Neck, NY, that has been there for many, many years. I think they must have ordered these blades from MK or Wilson, as they are quality blades. Does anyone have any knowledge of this? If they are patch blades, I might pick them up to pass them on to someone who is interested. Don't remember the size though.
