Time for a Poll!

We haven't had a poll on this website in a while, so here goes:

What do you plan to work on in your own skating this coming season?

You might get more replies if you post this in "On Ice", which is the section for skaters (other sections are mainly for fans).

I put it here because this section says "POLLS." I figured that, if I put it in the On Ice section, someone would suggest putting it under polls. (And, I wasn't sure if I could start a Poll anywhere else. You can.) I put a note under that topic sending skaters here.

In any case, every vote counts,
and it is multiple guess!

PS - If an administrator wants to move this thread, it's fine with me!

(Ooh, I've just discovered the hard way that my new keyboard has its own "back" button!).

I think the "polls" for this forum are more along the lines of "Who is going to win X competition this season?", and you can post relevant polls in any of the other forums. Not, of course, that it matters..... this lot's all skating, anyway.

E. None of the above.

In my case, this summer I am working on power and edge control.

Neither of which don't necessarily equal flow and presentation, but help improve it.

In my case, I don't want to look like a chubby middle-aged woman being pushed around the ice by my dance coach.

Yep, you can place *relevant* polls in other sections, and since this is very much relevant to to the On Ice section, I'll whisk it over there.

Spins, because it's what I'm struggling with the most right now. I might eventually do a scratch spin.

Everything because I want to become the 2005 Adult Canadians Prelim (Bronze in US) Ladies 36 to 45 (Class 2) FS Gold medallist and I need mega work to get there.

Jumps!

I need to force myself to work on double jumps now that I passed my Gold test. I still don't have one, but my 2S is getting close!

I'm taking a break from Moves for a while, after spending a year preparing for my test I'm a little burned out on them. Although I still play around with brackets and double 3's.

Flow and Presentation!

I am having trouble with my jumps right now but they aren't as bad as my presentation. I tend to concentrate so much on the jumps and i get tires....etc. that i just do very sloppy presentation which is weird because presentation is my favourate part of solos.

I am surprised that you did not list 'tests' and 'MIF'.......

I hope to test MIF (adult and standard) for the first time. I still haven't decided 100% about it.

I also want to get my program buffed up enough to have coach video it for posterity and to send to some people who care....
