Klingbiels (sp)

I was just wondering who has Klingbiels(sp) and the pros and cons with them. I am researching on switching from grafs to them .

Thanks,

Jamie

Klingbeils

Lots of us here have them and love them. If you do a search on "Klingbeils" you will find out all about them. Until then, though, let me tell you that they are one price, $495, for any variations you want, any color you want etc. You will never meet or do business with nicer people than Bill & Don Klingbeil and their office manager, Lorraine.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I love mine. I've been in them for almost a year now, and I do not regret my decision to buy them. Break-in time was basically nil ! Also, I'm carrying a few more pounds than I should , and working on doubles, and they are showing no signs of breaking down.

I'm on my 3rd pair of Klingbeils. Love them. Easy to break in yet stay comfortable.

Note: choice of custom boots really depends on shape of one's foot...

Yay Klingbeils!

I adore my Klingbeils! I got them after suffering in ill fitting boots for years. They fit like a glove and don't give me any of the weird pains that my old boots used to. Also, my old boots used to start falling off to one side do to a slight pronation in my feet. These still look brand new after a year.

The cons? I did require adjustments in them after I got them. Luckily, I'm in NYC a fair amount, so I was able to go to Jamaica and get them fitted by the man himself. Make sure you use a great fitter so you can minimize this part of the process.

Good luck!

These boots rock!

I've had my Klingies for 4 years now, and they still have not broken down (I'm adult silver level, working on axel and some doubles). Plus, they only took 3 days to break in.

I'm a fan for life...

After bad experiences with Riedell and the new high-end Jacksons, I've been in Klingbeils for 7 months now. These are the closest any boots have come to fitting my wacky feet. So far, so good!

I have had my Klingbeils for about a year and a half and I absolutely love them! The lady that does them in our area is amazing and very well trained. They are the best!
