So I now can consitantly land the Lutz. Now if I know my coach she is going to be all over the Axel wanting me to land it like there is no tomarrow. So I was just wondering if I could get any tips from some one who has landed it? I am landing it off ice, but when I try on ice I only get one rotation.

I haven't landed it...'course you'd know but a good coach told me there is no secret...it's pure hard work.
