I'm wondering if anyone knows of a company that manufactures those crash pads that wrap around over the top of your skating skirt (a bit like a nappy) where they make them in tiny sizes. Most of the ones I've seen start at like a size 26 inch waist, my daughters waist is about 18 inches.

Would appreciate any suggestions,
