Air Position tips

So. I really need some good tips for getting a better air position, because I'm so close to landing my double axel, 3 sal and 3 toe. I have problems getting my legs straight.... theyre all bent. Does anybody know some good drills or something to improve this? My arms are also a bit wierd. I think this is what is really holding me back so any help is really appreciated. thx!

I'm learning lots of good tips on doubles and drills to practice from my coach. I would guess that if your working on triples and double axels your best bet would be your coach. She/he would best understand your "problems" and be the best source of advice. Saying that, I find that going back to the basics seems to help me. Concentrating on single technique really helps me focus on the details. Maybe for you this would be doubles. Talk to your coach!
