For those of you who want another competition to try out your new program before Adults Nationals and can afford to stay in Kansas City for more than a week (and hey, you get an extra week to try out the ice too!!!), here's a competition for you!!!

I got this in my email box from the Adult Chair.

Skate Kansas City is hosting their annual competition, Skate Kansas City the weekend before adult nationals and the LOC has said they would have the adult freestyle events on Sunday (so you'd just have to arrive on Saturday). The announcement can be found here:

So, if you know anyone interested in competing in the rink right before the
competition, this would be a good opportunity!

I wish we had known about that before... but we still couldn't really get away before our own Opens, it wouldn't be fair on the other organisers and volunteers. Don't know if I'm skating in them - it depends on whether I can get some Artistic music up and running in time....
