For those of you in Canada and the US, www.arenamaps.com is a reliable source for finding ice rinks by state/city. When available, they include a link to the rink's website.

You can also check the directory for ISI (many rinks are administrative members of ISI.) It's not every rink in the country, but it's useful. Link: http://www.skateisi.com/directory/rinks.cfm

Not all coaches/instructors are registered with the ISI, but they also provide a directory for their "Associate" members.
