Competitive skate points

Hi,
would you be able to tell me what the jumps and spins are worth for pre-novice skate. Ontario. Also, like how you get really good spins and jumps, in detail, and what some terms meen, like boggle a jump or something. THanks

Your coach can probably answer this best, particularly regarding the spins and jumps.

The point values for all jumps and spins are the same for every skating level in every country. You will find the list of values here, in ISU Communication No. 1494:

http://www.isu.org/vsite/vnavsite/pa...v-list,00.html

You might want to print them out and have your coach answer any questions you may have about them.
