Kingsgate or Highland Ice Arena in WA?

Has anyone been to Kingsgate Arena or Highland Ice Arena in WA? Wondering if a Saturday afternoon a good time to go for the public session. Lots of kids? Lots of hockey players? Adult friendly? And advices or tips? Thanks in advance.

I don't even know if Kingsgate has public sessions on Sat. No one answered their phone and they don't have a web site.....
