help wanted :

well.. i got new skates like a week ago and my left foot started hurting a little bit but after i took them off and put them back on, they hurt less. my friend said that i needed bunga pads but i really.. dont know a specific place where my foot hurts. My feet havent been hurting that badly either. should i buy them ? do they really help? or is it just because im not used to the new skates.?

&&
for my flip, i am learning it from a mohawk and im landing it right on the blade instead of the toe and going down to the blade. so it makes a loud sound when i land. is a flip from a 3-turn easier?
&&
for my camel, are there any tips on how to stay centered? i can go about 1 revolution and tip to the right [ my right leg is up]
&&
does anyone know the moves you need to know for FS1-10
like for Alpha, its likes stroking and stuff.

THANK YOU!

Unless there's a specific spot where the skates hurt, I wouldn't worry about Bungas yet. They're great for ankle bones and probably other things (I've only ever used them to pad my ankle bones) but if it's just generic all-over-soreness from new skates I don't think they'll do much.

I personally find doing the flip from a 3-turn easier, although I can do a single both ways, but I don't see that making a diference in your landing. Do you tend to land your other jumps flat too, or just the flip? Did you land the others flat when you first learned them?

Check here for the required elements for each level. It's printer- friendly, too! http://www.cuttingedgeskating.com/levels.htm
