Crested Butte?

So, I've been offered the opportunity to go skiing over Spring Break...not really my bag, too expensive, but then skating was mentioned. I couldn't find any info about it on the Mt. Crested Butte Resort site, so does anyone know about the ice there?

I'm still leaning towards just going home when my games are done, but world-class facilites or something like that might change my mind.

Thanks guys!

There are no "world class" facilities in Crested Butte. I believe their only rink is outdoors - you can call 970-349-0974 for more info. It is located at the Crested Butte Nordic Center. If you want great skating with your skiing go to Sun Valley, Breckenridge, Vail or Aspen to name just a few ski areas with indoor rinks. Although I live in Breckenridge and do ski often, I am always worried about hurting myself skiing because I would hate if I couldn't skate!!!
