3-turn retrogression

I have been working on the power 3s for a long time, and alternating 3s even longer, and I have had 2 issues. One was a wobble after my turn, which was throwing off my balance. I think I've fixed that, but now I have this retrogression problem still. There was a discussion of this on an earlier thread, but not a fix for it. Help! can someone help me fix it? Thanks.

We just had a lengthy discussion about that very issue here. My reply can be found here. And, after noticing that this seems to be a common issue that a lot of skaters are seeking advice on, I just finished up a blog post about correcting and identifying retrogression, so feel free to read up on that too. It goes more in-depth than my forum post does.
