For those who need a little extra ice and can make it. here are the sceduled practice times at Ice Works PA to help you get in shape for Nationals,
This is only the rink Ice ( lots of it from 7am to 6:30pm) all day.
I have the schedule for the club ice as well which is generaly on the weekends and some week nights, I will be happy to e-mail this to you should you need it.
