What you do for both your On and Off Ice Trainning.

Say,we haven't talked about this in a while. But what does everyone here do for both their On and Off Ice Trainning? I myself for On-Ice just try different tricks as well as try to follow what other Public Skaters do. As far as Off-Ice Trainning goes. I don't really at this point do anything. But hey...if anyone here has any ideas for me for Off-Ice-Trainning...I am open to suggestions.

Although I haven't officially started skating yet, I do Pilates everyday to strengthen my Core and Thighs. You can get DVD's at most book stores for Pilates but thankfully my Mother already had a few that I could use!
I'm not sure if Stretching for Flexibility would be called Off-Ice training but after Pilates your muscles are nice and warmed up so I work on flexibility for about an hour.
