standard vs adult track

I'm looking for a chart that I swear I saw on these forums recently about the conversions from the standard tests to the adult tests. I think i found the info on the USFSA website but I'm not sure if I'm looking at the most recent stuff? Thanks in advance! :-)

The chart you saw is in this pdf from the USFSA and it is still current.

There's a sticky thread HERE that contains all sorts of reference links, including the one to the Standard:Adult crossovers pdf.

The USFSA 2006-2007 manual includes a description of the S:A track crossover information in each discipline section, but not the handy-dandy chart, AFAIK. The MITF outline is on pages 174-175, Freeskate on 193-194.
