ISI Test elements

Grr, ISI's website does NOT list the maneuvers required (allowed) for each test level on its site, as does USFS's website.

I'm contemplating doing a FS1 program for a competition next month, and I know that the moves include BI/BO edges, um, waltz jump, 1/2 flip, fwd pivot, spiral, two-foot spin, but I don't have the complete list (except for what I've managed to remember in my head). There's also the "can include moves from lower levels but NOT from higher levels" rule on the competition announcement. Soooo, if I don't know what the heck IS on the ISI test levels, how can I know if I'm doing a "forbidden" move? (Yeah, yeah, the whole thing would be vetted by my coach and all, but I like to know these things for myself.) Nor do I have any clue what the usual time allotted is for FS1.

Yeah, I'm going to buy the ISI Skaters' Handbook, but it'll take a while to get here. The announcement is maddeningly vague.

Thanks in advance!
