Skating Website

I was looking for an off ice training DVD to help with centering spins, improving jumps and just general skating training.
I have found this website http://www.rosiewear.com/books.shtml.

Its the Off-Ice / Dry Land Training Enhancement DVD.
Have any of you have ever bought this DVD and has it helped?

Also, do any of you know if they will ship to the UK and how much it would cost, because I cant find it on the website.

I have contacted that website in the past about their training DVDs and they never responded to any of my emails.

Maybe you will have better luck.
