Attention adult skaters

Attention adult skaters! Here is another fun thread. List what your level is and what elements you have in your freeskate program for the upcoming season or for adult nationals.

Mine: adult pre-bronze.
Program: loop jump, 1/2 flip jump, toe loop, salchow. Sit spin, scratch spin. Forward outside spiral, 3-turns.

Canadian Adult Preliminary : back forward scratch, various edges and turns, split/flip/loop, lutz, waltz/toe (may become axle/toe), loop, salchow (or salchow/toe), camel/sit change sit/back catch foot spin, layback. A few spirals. This is my wish list that I'm working on. I want to test my prelimiinary this way.

This is an interesting thread.

Lets see, my Silver Ladies II program at nationals had:

Jumps
lutz-loop
axel
flip
loop-loop
toe loop-toe loop
salchow

Spins
sit change sit
camel change camel
layback

Straight line foot work sequences with slide chasse pattern, brackets, unexplainable stuff and a same foot waltz. I liked the program.

For silver pairs we have:
lutz lift
sbs sits
throw loop
flip
pair spiral with change of position
split twist
tango camel
foot work into lutz loops
one handed bo death spiral

We've done stand still half press on ice and are looking forward to getting some movement in there. We have sbs axels in our show program and we are desperately working on throw double sal. Pairs at nationals was very VERY competitive so we have a lot yet to do but overall everything is all in fun!

Thanks for the thread,
DC

I am hoping my next AN program contains the listed elements. I have all but given up on the double salchow and double toe The loop and flip feel much more natural - just depends if I can stop checking at 1 and 1/2 revs. We've also changed some of my spins. Same music as last year (which I may never give up because I love it )

Level: Adult Gold

Elements:
Straight line footwork
Camel-layback-back camel-illusion (or camel-layback-back sit-illusion)
Double flip
Lutz-loop (or maybe lutz-toe)
Axel-toe (or maybe axel-loop)
Flying camel-back sit
double loop
spiral sequence
axel (or maybe axel-loop or axel-1/2 loop-salchow)
salchow-loop (or maybe salchow-toe or maybe see above)
circular footwork
sit spin-scratch

Jump combos depend on what feels comfortable. No more than three, though .

bronze and ISI 3

FS3 artistic: back pivot, attitude spin changing to a simple scratch, edge footwork into salchow, back spiral, toe-toe combination, fs3 dance step, loop, inside spread eagles, back scratch

FS3: back pivot, salchow, fs3 dance step, footwork including alternating 3s and 1/2 jumps, forward inside spiral, footwork into change-foot spin, toe loop, back spiral, footwork into back pivot

bronze artistic/interp: footwork into back spirals, looooooooong footwork pattern into toe-toe combo, one foot spin, more freaking footwork into loop, lunge into more footwork, sal-toe combo, footwork including 1/2 loop and inside spread eagles, attitude spin

bronze free: don't know, we were going to wait to choreograph after I test bronze free. Bronze free is: loop, MIF into waltz-toe, scratch spin, FI-BO spiral sequence, waltz 3s into salchow, sit spin, footwork into toe, footwork into backspin.

I'm not even going to start describing my two synchro programs!

Adult Pre-Bronze

I'm pretty much finished competing for the season--I'm not willing to travel to competitions yet, and I'm out of town for the only one left. This was my first year of competing, and my program had waltz, two 1/2 flips, toe loop, lutz, and waltz-toe loop for jumps. It also had what was supposed to be two 1-foot spins, but I flubbed them every single time. (Big Nerves) I also had power 3's that were pretty weak, a spiral, a lunge, and some basic arm movements. Foot work was nonexistant, as I didn't learn it in time. Footwork is my goal for next year. We changed the program more than once because I wasn't finishing with my music, then I wound up finishing before by the end of the season.

I don't have a freestyle program at the moment, but last year's silver program had:

upright spin with free leg crossed behind
loop
flip-loop
flying sitspin
footwork into lutz
axel
salchow-toe loop
spiral
camel-sit-back sit-back scratch.

Plus an inside eagle and an ina bauer.
