Trainer / Coach

Is coach another name for a trainer or is there a difference ?

Coach, trainer, teacher, instructor.... whatever. "Coach" is just quicker to type!

hmm, I've generally used the term "trainer" to refer someone who actually does the exercises with you one on one, eg a coach will tell and show you how to skate but a trainer will throw the medicine ball to you for conditioning.
