skating in SLC

Anyone know where to get info on ice time/rinks in Salt Lake City? I'm there next month for a quick business trip, & am trying to decide if it would be worth it to bring my skates.

Thanks!

If you are going to be in the city itself, You can run up to Steiner easily. It's where the Olympic practices were and is right by the University of Utah and the Olympic Stadium - about 10 minutes from downtown.

Or you could go out to Bountiful and the Utah Figure skating club.

There are other rinks, of course, depending on where you will be.

I skated a public session at the Sports Complex last winter. It was absolutely the best ice I have ever skated on!!

I envy you... Let us know how it goes.
