Looking for a Test Session (mid Atlantic area)

This is a longshot, but does anyone know of any test sessions before Jan 15th I may be able to beg my way into. The one I was counting on is full and they won't take me. As we know, Jan 15 is the cut-off for AN and I was hoping to move up to Silver.

I'm in central NJ and would travel 3-4 hours. But from Jan 10 - 13 I'll be in Atlanta.

There used to be a great page that listed all the sessions, but it is blank. I've also looked through the club listings and many of the links are defunct.

Oh well, there's nothing wrong with Bronze. Maybe this time I won't crack and screw up all my easiest elements. LOL

thanks,
Tim

If you don't mind travel, try the New England Interclub Council Test calendar at www.neicc.org. At least it will give you places to call.

Try this link: http://frogsonice.com/skateweb/clubs/us.shtml

This site is very up-to-date and most of the club links I've tried there are correct. I can't think of anything in my area (Balt-Wash) but there may be something at UDel or Wilmington. Actually, come to think of it, an adult skater I know mentioned something about an early January test session in Northern VA, but I don't know which rink/club. Maybe LoopLoop or NoVa might know? And I may have seen/heard something about a test session in January at Ice Works, but I'm not sure when it is.

Good luck!

Yep, there's one at SC of Northern Virginia (Fairfax) on January 10, but it doesn't work for Tim.

The skating club of NY has their sessions online at http://www.thescny.org/testing.aspx There are several different options before Jan 15th. I've been able to test there with no problem as a non-member.

Good Luck!
