Adult FS ISI

I am trying to get an idea of what is done at the adult freestyle levels.

I know we have a coach at our rink who skates adult isi fs6. But what is this what elements are these. I always hear adult gold or bronze and well i am just confused, lol.

Thanks for clarification

I have never heard that ISI has seperate adult levels. They do, however, generally do an excellent job of seperating their age groups. So a 6 year old in FS 2 will do the same elements as a 46 year old in FS 2, but they would not compete against each other. There is also an adult nationals, but the elements in the level are the same as the kids.

Adult Gold, Adult Bronze etc refer to the USFSA adult track tests- which do have different requirements, thus the different names, than the standard track.

I compete ISI and the elements are the same not matter if you are 7 or 75!

USFS does break adult down into a separate group.
