PLLEEASSE ... im so scared!

I have some problems!!! im testing my keats fox trot tommorow and im realllly nervous! does anybody have tips on how to pass? or does anyone have and before test rituals? thanks!!!!

Go off to a corner by yourself, or with your coach. Close you eyes, and take several deep breaths. Then visualize yourself skating the test. Actually, you should do this a few times a week for about a month before you test, but it should help now anyway.
