need help finding coach for a child in Korea

I have a student who recently moved to Korea and is asking what criteria to use to acquire a good coach over there?

What is equivalent to USFS training over there? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

I was in Korea for 2 weeks in Feb on a training program, and the coach working with the girls is Bun-Sun Park. She was Yu-Na Kim's coach, and is a really sweet lady. She coaches in Seoul.

We didn't really learn anything about Korean skating program structure, but perhaps your student can ask at Lotte World Ice Rink:
