Is it just me or..

is the blade slightly bent/curved in the middle on the New English 500 ?

It doesn't look bent to me, but it does appear to have a pretty noticeable rocker.

I think she means the rocker. Skatergee01, ALL figure skating blades are curved on the bottom, and that curve is called the rocker. Some blades are curved more than others, depending on the function of the blade. The rocker is what makes it possible to spin, turn on one foot, etc.
