New Jackson's Elite Supreme skates. =(

Hello, i'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina and i purchase a Jackson Saktes in USA by internet, i take the size of me foot and give it to the seller and he tell me that me size is 13.. the lenght of me foot is 29,5cm or 11,614 inches... so i recive the boots after a 3 month weiting and i can't use it because the large of the boot is 33,5cm (13,188 inches) not 12 1/16 inches like shows in this table https://www.kinziescloset.com/Jackso...ng_Charts.html
they are very large for me, so.. i have retired from skating for the moment because i don't have skates and here in Buenos aires there isn't good skates to purchase for me foot size.. any one knows if the jackson sizing chart is wrong?

Sorry for me english,i hope you understun

how frustrating -

you should be able to send them back. Those definitely sound too big. Can you email Jackson directly re the size? According to this: http://www.jacksonskates.com/html/care.html - there's a specific "jackson measuring stick" so the Jackson folks may be able to tell you what size should fit your foot.

Best of luck!
