(I'm going through my semi-annual "Should I Move Back to NYC" internal debate)
Chelsea Piers is insanely expensive...I'm sure the coaches at Aviator are good, I'm just curious since it's a fairly new rink and they don't seem to be affiliated with Skating Club of NY? I guess maybe the question in general is how is it for adult skaters?
Thanks!

I send you a PM three!!! (Just kidding, I didn't! I just wanted to have some fun since everyone's posting that. Understandably so too...)
I wish I could provide you with a recommendation, but I've only skated there like TWICE? Ice is a bit hard, but I'm TOTALLY spoiled by my home ice in San Francisco... but I can tell 'ya the few times I've been there (around Christmas time) their FS sessions were pretty empty. The times I was there there were just a couple of people and the rest of the group consist of our Christmas meetup group! :D

OTOH, if you do decide to move to NYC, you'll have PLENTY of skatingforums skating buddies around the area too! :D (And of course, I will come back around Christmas time or whenever I could make it to NYC to skate. :D )

Thanks guys (Jazz, LOL!)
I'm just toying with the idea of moving for now...skating is so great here in NC for adults I'm really getting spoiled.
But hey, if I move I can make the Christmas meetup :D :D
