With 5 hours back on ice after a 36 year "vacation" I am still working to recover my basic "staying vertical ice skills". The strength is coming back quickly but I am finding my balance isn't what it used to be and I need to work on that between on-ice sessions.
I find that just doing "floor exercises" doesn't provide the same degree of difficulty as being on blades.
Suggestions?
