For those who need a little extra ice and can make it. here are the sceduled practice times at Ice Works PA to help you get in shape for Nationals, :D
This is only the rink Ice ( lots of it from 7am to 6:30pm) all day.
I have the schedule for the club ice as well which is generaly on the weekends and some week nights, I will be happy to e-mail this to you should you need it.
