Jennifer Don, an incoming freshman at UD[University of Delaware], took first place in the ladies singles figure skating competition at the National Collegiate Championships, held Aug. 7-9 in Minneapolis. . . Busy, busy, busy. Jenny is of course training in pairs with Jonathan Hunt. As a ladies singles skater, she trains with Jeff DiGigregorio who previously worked with Tara Lipinski. Ron Ludington coaches the pairs team of Don and Hunt. Is she a real college student? How about a pre-med major? Lets all hope she can continue to make progress toward all her dreams. :D With her new gold medal securely won, Don, 18, said she is looking forward to continuing her training at UD and working toward a major in pre-med..

Don's coaches for singles in 2002-03 season (including at 2003 Nationals) were listed as Barbara Roles-Williams and Pam Gregory, so her switch to Jeff DiGregorio is a fairly recent one.
