I'll apologize for my lift notes. I can generally id lifts, but have trouble trying to describe them without missing some of the program, so what I write down is usually some shorthand that I have trouble deciphering later. So some of the expanded lift descriptions may not be totally accurate.

Hoffman/Hay (Can)
SP (1) Out of Africa - hip lift change to platter position, sbs 2f, sbs spins he nearly fell in the spin and the unison was off for the rest of the spin (along the lines of Jamie Sale at 2000 Worlds), th2s, BODS not bad, 2tw nice with the no hands catch that all the Canadian pairs seem to do now, straight line footwork, pair spin.
LP (1) Ballet-ish - 2 1/2 twist (did good triples in the practices), th2s (I think was supposed to be a triple), sbs 3s I think both were 2fted, hand to hand overhead lift, sbs flying camel to sit spin unison was a little off at the beginning but got it back and had good speed, moves in the field, hip lift to platter position with really nice position, FIDS, footwork into 2lz into 2f, straight-line footwork, th2lp.
This team was the most "pair-like" of the event, with good smooth basic skating and a nice sense of style. Technically, I felt that the Singhs and Namiotka & Merritt were a little stronger, but this team had the best overall package.

Singh/Singh (Can)
SP (4) Duel by Bond - 2tw a little tight, sbs 2f, sbs spins excellent, overhead lift that came down early (totally missed the timing on the entry), pair spin, Y-scale spirals into BODS.
LP (2) Middle Eastern, maybe from a movie - 2tw tight, th3s maybe a hand down, overhead lift, th2lp, pair spin, BODS not bad, 2lz, star lift with carry dismount, sbs spins good, sbs 2f into 2s, diagonal footwork, back overhead lift.
Good speed and power, but lacked the polish of Hoffman & Hay. He has very good technique on the lifts (with his feet)--the problem in the short program was just due to the timing problem.

Namiotka/Merritt (US)
SP (2) Swing music - great 2tw (very high), hand to hand overhead lift change to star position, sbs 2f, sbs spins with good unison, circular footwork unison was a little off, BODS seemed a little high but they were the first skaters...it was about average for the field, pair spin.
LP (3) Mask of Zorro - 3tw amazing!, sbs 2lz into 2lp, th3s fall, sbs spins that were off unison at first but got it back, star-reverse star lift good, moves in the field, good FIDS, th2lp tight, overhead lift to one hand and only one hand on dismount, straight line footwork, sbs 2f into 2t a little slow, pair spin.
Lifts were definitely the strong point for this team, especially the twist lifts. The triple twist in the long program was better than most senior teams (even some in the top 10 at Worlds).

Seitz/Seitz (US)
SP (3) Paso Doble type music - 2tw weak, th2s very high, back hand to hand lift, sbs 2f, sbs spins mostly good although the unison was off briefly, straightly footwork good, BODS fall, pair spin.
LP (4) Shrek (I think) - nice FIDS, th3s fall, star lift with nice position, sbs 1a, good spins (maybe a little off unison at one point), 2tw tight, th2lp, back overhead, straight line footwork, sbs 2lz turn 2t, pair spin.

Horner/Joy (Can)
SP (7) Barber of Seville - sbs spins with flying entrance unison was way off, back overhead lift that turned in both directions(!), 2tw struggled, sbs 2f he fell and she 2ft, BODS very good (best of the competition), pair spin. Good choreography.
LP (5) West Side Story - th2lp, 2tw, sbs 2lp she fell, sbs 2s she put hands down, pair spin, that same great back hand to hand lift where he stops the rotation and turns the other direction, moves in the field, FIDS nice, platter lift to star position, straight line footwork, th2s foot brushed the ice, sbs spins were off unison, upside down split lift, BODS good.
This team was interesting in that there were some things that they did that were very good (lifts and death spirals) and others that were...not so good. They were a bit ragged overall, but I liked the way they really committed to their choreography and performed it all out. Probably the best performers in the field.

Young/Verasammy (Can)
SP (6) classical movie type music - nice pair spin, 2tw, th2s, back stag lift, sbs 2f she fell, sbs spins, BODS
LP (6) Malaguena - 2tw OK, th3s fall, back hand to hand lift in a lying down stag position, sbs 2a she fell into 2t, sbs spins were off, moves in the field, platter lift to star position, 2f, pair spin, th2lp, overhead lift to hip lift in stag position, straight line footwork, FIDS good.

Gleason/Toth (US)
SP (5) Zorba the Greek - 1tw, sbs 2f, excellent platter lift, straight line footwork, sbs flying camel spins with unison way off and got too close together, BODS weak, good pair spin.
LP (7) new age piano that Kazakova & Dmitriev skating to at World Pros a few years ago and Stairway to Heaven - nice pair spin, 1tw, star lift with nice position, th2s with an incredibly bad lean but she managed to save it and land it cleanly, sbs 3s both fell, platter lift, th2t step out, sbs 2a she stepped out into 2t he stepped out, sbs spins were off unison, circular footwork, great FIDS.
She was by far the smallest skater of the competition, so it was a bit surprising that they only did a single twist in both programs. Had good smooth basic skating, but several mistakes kept them behind Horner/Joy and Young/Verassamy.

Gordon/Lucas (Can)
SP (9) soft piano music that sounded familiar - 2tw low, 2f unison was off, diagonal footwork slow and unison was way off (it actually looked like maybe she forgot some of the steps), th2s, sbs spins were wild, back hand to hand lift in a lying down position, BODS was high.
LP (8) Movie? - 2tw low, th2lp fall, platter to hip lift, sbs 2f, pair spin, moves in the field, th2s, sbs flying camel pretty good, straight line footwork, back hand to hand lift in the exact same place as the platter lift, sbs 2lz he singled into 2t (her only), very low FIDS but trouble on the exit.

Eison/Eison (US)
SP (8) Toccata & Fugue - 2tw good, sbs 2f she was very tight, overhead lift that was slow, BODS was weak, sbs flying camel spins pretty good, pair spin where they almost fell.
LP (9) La Boheme - BIDS, th3s fall, 2tw, sbs 2s, sbs 2lp she singled, hip lift, sbs 2f, sbs flying camel into sit spin lost the unison, moves in the field, pair spin with a unique position, hand to hand overhead lift that came down early and then they both fell, th2lp, pair spin, diagonal footwork, FIDS. The fall on the lift was pretty scary and they were probably lucky to not be more seriously injured. They were sitting near me afterwards and she had an ice pack on her knee but seemed to be basically all right.
