They decided to turn pro and to skate for Holiday On Ice in Europe...

This pair was one of the most original and creative of their era. Sarah had the courage to overcome her injury at the Olympics and win the silver medal at Europeans last year.....

They were supposed to skate for the Grand Prix season, but they just decided to turn the page....

Now it is up to Lefrancois - Blanchard to confirm their promising 5th place at euros in 2001....

Good luck to them! They were almost always very entertaining to watch, and certainly very original ... I just think that perhaps their style didn't quite fit what was expected at the eligible ranks. Not to mention the bad luck that seemed to follow them! But I think they'll do really well as pros. I hope we'll see them in some pro shows and/or competitions on this side of the pond.

Shame for the eligble ranks but great for the pro ranks. They should have a good pro career because they are very entertaining skaters. I really loved their Addams family program from the last two seasons.
