But if I can make a nit-picky observation (as most of us who are into skating trivia do) - in 86 I think Witt stuffed up the double axel, not the double loop in the SP.

But aside from that you have done a great job and it looks really good.

but I guess only because I have Witt's 1986 World's sp on tape,
that she did indeed stumble on the double loop.

Hey essence, I'm guessing you're a big Debi Thomas fan? Because I am. Hence my name--I was rooting for her so hard in 1988. Why do you think no one has done a web site for her thus far? I was planning on doing one but just never had the time. Is it because she's dropped out of skating and the public eye? To me, she skating with such poise and power. Perhaps she wasn't as delicate like a ballerina as cohen but to me, she had everything needed. I miss seeing her skate very much. Again, thanks for the site. You should try and get in touch with her to let her know it's out there!

It seems that most skating sites out there focus on
those athletes in the public eye.

And, Debi stopped performing a little while
before the internet really took off.

She really was a tremendous role model
for the sport.
