Anyone Have a List of Seeded Skaters?

Does anyone have a list, or know a link to the site that shows the order of seeded skaters?

And if a skater chooses not to participate in the Grand Prix Assignments (like Michelle Kwan say), then will that negatively affect how they are seeded, since they get points at each competition? Or are the points just to determine the grand prix final, as in previous years?

Seeded skaters are those who finished 1-6 at the previous World Championships in each of the four disciplines.

Points earned during the Grand Prix events belong to the skater earning the points at the time of the competition, and the points count solely for purposes of determining the final 6 entries in each discipline into the Grand Prix Final.

More detailed rules, etc. regarding the Grand Prix events are available at the official ISU site (http://www.isu.org).

How come one of the events is now in China instead of Germany? :??

ISU stated that today August 1st, they were going to make the final desition about wether to have the event in China or not, it seems that they haven't made that destion yet, depending on the SARS situation. I hope they make the final desition soon because thye have to get started with their visas and stuff like that. They haven't confirmed where the alternative location could be in case they can't compete in China.

Germany loosing his GP event had something to do with their sponsors and also because they were not "top level" skaters (German skaters that is), after 4 Continents were held in China, China asked for a GP event and it seems ISU agreed.
