2003 Summer Challenge

The USFSA just posted the Future Champions Series standings, which included this event.
I have heard nothing about this event, which was in New England.
Anyone attend and have reports?
I saw that Intermediate Ladies groups only had 10 competitors, so it was a little small, but looked like some good skaters attended.

How exactly does the Future skaters series work??
