As much as I adore Korea, I'm so happy that Vancouver won! BC absolutely rocks! I am DEFINITELY going.

From what I've read, it seems that Gretzky made the difference; the Canadian presentations were stuffed compared to the other's because of his presence. I did not realize how famous internationally he is!

Yay! Can't wait for 2010, now.

Highly doubtful. It really wouldn't be feasible in this part of the country. Quebec is the closest place to New England I could ever see being awarded a Winter Games.

I don't care though, because I will definitely be in Vancouver! One of my best friends is hoping to be skating at the 2010 Games, and he made me promise I'd be there.
