I asked this question on another thread, so fogive me if you're reading it twice. But I really want some info on this.

I had my first visit to a chiropractor yesterday. I've been having pain in my neck and other selected parts of my back for a while now, and while I've always gotten lots of deep tissue massage, it hasn't been helping. So since my husband sees a chiro and loves it, I figured I should go and check it out to see if it would help me.

The chiropractor was very nice, informative and calming. But she told me she was shocked I'd never been adjusted before since I was so active my whole life and have always done sports since I was six. She said almost all elite athletes get regular adjustments to keep ttheir spines properly aligned, and their nervous systems and muscular sytems working to their fullest potential.

Does anyone know if the elite skaters do this? Do they use chiro as a regular part of their routine, like off-ice training, ballet/pilates, etc?
