Any update on Nicole Watt?

Does anyone have any news on Nicole Watt? How is her health? Is she training? I was so sad when she had to withdraw from nationals....she's one of my favourites for sure! I hope to see her again next year :)

I haven't heard anything about Nicole's skating or health, but did see her name in a full page ad in today's Globe and Mail announcing winners of a national scholarship program (Miller Thomson Foundation); I then checked and she also was a winner of a Millennium Scholarship Excellence award - so I would say that (a)her schooling went pretty well, and (b)she apparently intends to start university this fall.

Congratulations to Nicole - and I hope her skating is going well, and her arthritis is not being bothersome.

Nice to have some sort of report on Nicole....she seems like a very bright girl, I think I read somewhere that she wants to study medicine?

Still hoping to hear something on the skating side....
