I have a student whom I am teaching the international dances to. I know the Rhumba and the Ravensberger Waltz and I have videos of the Yankee Polka and the Tango Romantica. I am looking for videos, be it an instructional video, something from a competition or a test, for the other international dances. If you have something like this, or know where on the net I can find something, please send me an email. Some of the newer international dances I have never done and trying to learn them out of the rule book is not easy.
Thanks
Dave

Although I have not personally seen this video, I ahve heard that Donny and Kelly Adair of Indianapolis have done one that demonstrates many of the Internationals.
They also have a seminar at Indy every June on the Internationals. I have attended it a couple of times-it is usually pretty good.

You can order two different videos from the ISU; go to isu.org; then click on figure skating, then on publications. They will bill you, and you receive them quickly. You can write to them or e-mail your order. The first one has 18 compulsories from pre-silver on up skated by Usova and Zhulin, and the other has I think the four newer internationals skated by two or three different couples. Klimova and Ponomarenko and someone else. They are expensive, but well worth it. I watched it and thought, "So THIS is what it's supposed to look like!" U/Z are amazing, so is K/P. The first one also demonstrates the different turns, and some practice exercises.
