Does anyone know when this years Evening of Champions will be held at Harvard? I'm going to be in MA in October and would schedule my time around it. Is it hard to get tickets if you don't live there?
Thanks!

They haven't announced dates for this year's show yet.
In past years, I have never had any problems just showing up at the rink and buying a ticket on the spot. If you are paranoid, you can put in a telephone order in advance, on your credit card, and they will hold the tickets for you to pick up at the will-call window.

It's right next to Boston, to the west. So it's no real difference in distance from NH.

Actually they have picked a date. It will be October 11 and 12th (Columbus Day Weekend). I've been the last few years and it's a pretty good show. Just wish they would remove the glass so the sight lines were better. Plus the sound system really, really, blows. Harvard Univ. can afford to install something better.
Somebody advocated doing walk up ticket purchases. The shows have not sold out the last few years so that is probably possible if they don't get a really big name star this year. A lot of people do that but be warned that they usually have just one or two people in the ticket booth. The line last year was absurd. A lot of people missed the first few skaters.
The website doesn't have much info yet but here it is:
